Community Guidelines
CCG exists to support Community, Communication and Connection. These guidelines apply to anyone who uses CCG's website, forms and directory, or takes part in CCG activity.
What we expect
- Be respectful. Communicate courteously with CCG, with businesses and with each other.
- Be truthful. Give accurate, honest information about yourself, your business and what you offer.
- Be yourself. Do not impersonate another person, business or organisation, or claim a connection you do not have.
What is not allowed
- harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination;
- spam, unsolicited advertising or repeated irrelevant submissions;
- misleading listings, false claims or fake businesses;
- illegal content, or promoting illegal goods, services or activity;
- sharing other people's personal information without permission;
- abusing CCG's forms or services, including automated or malicious submissions, or trying to access areas you are not authorised to use.
How CCG moderates
CCG reviews listing applications before publication and may moderate content at any time. Where these guidelines are not followed, CCG may decline or remove content, request changes, unpublish or archive listings, and restrict a person's or organisation's participation in CCG services. We aim to act fairly and in proportion to the issue.
