Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of the Collective Commerce Group website, including CCG Your Local Network, EasyHelpings, LaunchPad and Creative Lab pages. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
This website is operated by Collective Commerce Group Limited, company number 17375255, registered in England and Wales.
1. Using the website
You may use the website for personal, community and lawful business purposes. You can browse the directory, save and share listings, and contact us without creating an account.
2. Website content
We provide the content on this website for general information. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing on the website is professional, legal or financial advice.
3. Intellectual property
The CCG, EasyHelpings and Creative Lab names and logos, the design of the website, and the content we have created belong to Collective Commerce Group Limited or our licensors. Business names, logos and images shown in listings belong to the businesses concerned. You may share links to pages and listings, but you must not copy, reproduce or reuse our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Links to other websites
The website links to third-party websites, including the websites and social media pages of listed businesses. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
5. Directory information
Listings in CCG Your Local Network are based on information supplied by the businesses and organisations concerned, and reviewed by CCG before publication. We cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate or current, and a listing does not mean that CCG endorses, recommends or guarantees a business, its products or its services, unless we say so explicitly. Please make your own checks before buying, booking or visiting. Our Business Listing Terms explain how listings work.
6. Information you submit
When you send us information through a form you confirm that it is accurate, that you are entitled to share it, and, for listing applications, that you are authorised to act for the business or organisation. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Accuracy of information
If you spot something on the website that is wrong or out of date, please tell us through the contact form so we can review it.
8. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or harms others;
- submit false, misleading, offensive or unlawful information, or impersonate another person or business;
- send spam, or misuse our forms or services;
- try to access the CCG Admin area or any other part of the website without permission;
- try to interfere with, overload or disrupt the website, or introduce malicious code;
- collect information from the website in bulk by automated means without our permission.
Our Community Guidelines explain the behaviour we expect.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of it, including directory features, at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow this, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, from reliance on its content or on directory information supplied by third parties, or from your dealings with any business listed on it. If you use the website for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity or goodwill.
Any services provided by CCG Creative Lab are covered by separate terms agreed with each client.
11. Changes to the website and these terms
We may update the website and these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies when you use the website, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
