Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by the Collective Commerce Group website. We keep this to what the website needs to work.
Our approach
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use cookies to build profiles of visitors or to show adverts. Everything described below is needed for a feature you choose to use.
What we use
| Name | Type | Who it applies to | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
ccg-my-local | Browser local storage | Visitors who select Save on a listing | Remembers the listings you saved to My Local on this device. It contains listing IDs only, stays in your browser and is not sent to CCG. It remains until you remove the saved listings or clear your browser storage. |
nf_jwt, nf_refresh | Cookies | CCG administrators who sign in | Keep an administrator signed in securely and protect the CCG Admin area. They are set only when an administrator signs in, and removed when they sign out. |
| Sign-in session storage | Browser local storage | CCG administrators who sign in | Holds the administrator's sign-in session so it can be refreshed while they use CCG Admin. |
Public visitors who browse the website, search the directory or send a form do not receive sign-in cookies.
Sharing
When you use Share, your device's share options or clipboard are used to pass on the listing link. No cookie is set, and CCG does not receive information about who you share with.
Controlling cookies and storage
Because these items are needed for features you choose to use, we do not ask for consent before using them. You can still control them:
- remove saved listings at any time using the Saved button on a listing or in My Local;
- clear cookies and site data for this website in your browser settings;
- block cookies or local storage in your browser. If you do, My Local saving and administrator sign-in will not work, but the rest of the website will.
Changes
If we ever introduce analytics or any other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
